The Mission of the Chittenango Volunteer Fire Company is to continually prepare ourselves to respond in an efficient, safe, effective, and professional manner to all calls for assistance from our citizens and visitors.

Welcome to the official website of the Chittenango Volunteer Fire Company, also known as the Sullivan Fire District No.1. We are one of three fire districts within the Town of Sullivan. Our fire district covers approximately 25 square miles and includes a contract district within the Town of Fenner.
Our primary mission is focused on fire suppression, rescue, and public education. We backup EMS services provided by Rural Metro Ambulance Service. We pride ourselves in providing these services with a 100% volunteer force and we are always looking for new members, especially during the day. Please feel free to stop by the fire house for more information and a membership application.
